The highlight of the County All Stars Awards Dinner is the presentation of the Gino Vizzi (EAST-WEST) and Ken Frank (NORTH-SOUTH) Character Awards.  Recipients are chosen by virtue of the example they've set within their school, family, and community.  Our mission is to impress upon these young men the profound, positive impact that LEADERSHIP & CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT has not only on their lives, but the lives of others as well!
